September 1 is 901 Day — a day to celebrate everything that makes Memphis unique. At Memphis Inner City Rugby (MICR), we believe one of the best ways to honor our city is by investing in its young people.
MICR leverages the power of rugby to close the opportunity gap, build a relentlessly supportive community, and drive upward mobility for students living in under-resourced neighborhoods. Without MICR, many of our students would not have access to organized sports at all. Through your support, we provide the resources and relationships that make participation possible.
Your gift will cover essential costs such as registration, transportation, team meals, and gear. These are not extras — they are the keys that allow a young person to take the field, join a team, and gain the mentorship and sense of belonging that can change the trajectory of their life.
